Menu Choices

1. DIY Traditional Hog Roast

An orchard-fed whole hog is delivered to your door with everything you need to cook it yourself, including hog roast machine hire, 19kg gas bottle and delivery/collection. We can demonstrate how to cook the meat, so your event is a huge success.

2. Traditional Hog Roast

An orchard-fed whole hog, seasoned and slow-cooked. This is served with our signature crispy crackling, crunchy apple sauce and fresh bread rolls.

3. Traditional Hog Roast Package

This fully catered service includes an orchard-fed whole pig, seasoned and slow-cooked. Once the meat is falling off the bone, it is served in a fresh roll with delicious crackling and our famous apple sauce. We serve our roast pigs with garlic and rosemary-roasted potatoes cooked in the juices of the pig.

Main Course

  • The Traditional Hog Roast seasoned and slowly cooked with the crackling and then served in a soft/crusty/brown/Gluten-free fresh rolls with apple sauce.
  • Please note that we also have yummy Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives. For eg. A Grilled Miso and Maple Syrup Aubergine, Jack Fruit burgers and vegan burgers.
  • Roast Potatoes with fresh rosemary, garlic and sea-salt.

Dessert

  • Mince Pie with cream

Whole salt marsh lamb seasoned and studded with garlic and rosemary and slow roasted over fire. Served with fresh mint and yoghurt dressing in a fresh bread roll. Please note that a whole lamb serves between 30 to 35 people, giving reasonable size portions.
